7.Introduction: Nanotechnology can have an effect in different aspects of engineering  science and bioscience. Make special products with special considered power and specification that usually can not be expected from ordinary material and be amazing but side effects of byproducts of nanofactories can be valuable to assessing and paying attention. Specially in recent contemporary world we have a lots of  products and growing industries with more focus on nanotechnology.

On the positive side , we have nanomedicine , nanobiology, and nano medical devices that can make a wonderful revolution in health and of course in the global vision public health aspect .(1)

8.Discussion: As one clear part of the discussion , we can start with nanoparticles in the environment and environmental pollution as a public health issue that should be considered seriously.

But luckily there are nanofilters that are produced and used in vast majority places around the world.

Although nanofilter can not guarantee to make the world completely clean about nano pollution but progression in nanotechnology is fast and can be hopeful to hear good news about new findings in this area.(1)

A good example for nanosensors is carbon nanotube sensors.

It can monitor environmental pollutant such as ozone, ammonia and volatile organic compounds that recognised already to cause exacerbation of respiratory disease like asthma and COPD.(2)

In the other hand , there are always , some unknown products that can cause respiratory problems without really popular evidence about incidence or prevalence about the suspicious materials.(6)

Neurological aspect of nanomaterials in the one side and imaging abnormalities as a result og effect of nanomaterials and afterwards epilepsy prevalence and incidence in the other side can be considered when we worried about public health difficulties of nanoproducts. (7)

Concerning in nanomedicine to fight against cancer and cardiovascular disease as a large percents of morbidities and mortalities in the one hand and ethical issues about new nano investigations and risk assessments and managements is the interesting topic that need to merge medical and engineering and public health experience and research to reach acceptable results and benefits. (3)

A very interesting example for nanodetectors is electrochemical nanosensors for mercury detection. Mercury pollution as a environmental health issue is known in many years .(4)

According to results from animal based research, granuloma, necrosis, peribronchial and interstitial inflammation have been reported in the lungs of mice inhaling nanotubes.(5).

Human exposure by inhalation of carbon nanotube is probably cause problems in cardiovascular and central nervous systems.(5)

9.conclusion & result: Clearly, positive and negative sides of nano issues and public health requires careful detectivity and comparing risk and benefit ratio about any topics for example, disease prevention with nano detector,  treatment with nano medicine or epidemiologically aspect of  nanoparticles in environment.(1)

At last We should consider nanoparticle disease as a new phenomenon in the list of differential diagnoses of many well known diseases and syndromes.
